The overall objective of this Section is to encourage international co-operation with a view to the creation of new artistic products as well as long-term partnerships.

This Section is open to foreign and Romanian organizations or authorized private individuals for the implementation of cultural and artistic co-operation projects, involving artists and organizations from all countries participating in the project. Special focus is on projects that make use of innovative presentation techniques and forms, of a great quality value and which prove to be defined by contemporary spirit, accessibility, amplitude, diversity and originality.
